Crop regions visibility when exported to AutoCAD

How can I switch off the Viewport outlines' visibility on the sheets when exporting to AutoCAD. Autodesk's great knowledge base only tells us that it is on. Of course one can also choose which layer to put it on, but how to switch it off is a mystery, if at all possible.I am pretty sure I'm not the only one that needs to switch this off.
    Any help would be appreciated.

if you are talking about view crop regions on sheets, then, yes it does work. I export 100s of Revit sheets a week and never have a crop region show up in the .dwg export because they are always turned off. Perhaps you are referring to some other Revit item: scope box? section box? Even those shouldn't export to CAD if they are turned off. Can you upload a small Revit model with a sheet that is causing your problem??
I'm retired, if you don't like it, go around!

Or could be you mean 3d export? That kind of irritates me all though it is just the smallest action action of the dwg model cleanup job. The family to block translation is the most time consuming.

Lower left of screen, yellow light bulb icon-turn on or off with Hide/ Unhide Crop Region.

I made it but doesn't work. The layer is still on in autocad
