Bulk Reload Families to Set Correct Library Path

    Which tool does this?

I've tried Revit Express Tools, Family Loader but it's not resetting the path to the file as I thought it would.

I thought I remember hearing about one that would but I don't recall which one it was.

    Thanks.

Can you just drag them in from explorer? Might get a lot of "do you wish to replace" buttons though.

Unless I'm way off base - Family Loader will do it but you need to load the families from the correct path and 'Load' them, instead of just using the Reload.

KiwiCodes BonusTools also has (or did have) a family loader / reloader and you can modify the path prior to reloading.

Got it to work but had to first open each RFA, change something, and save it back so Revit saw it as a new family. Apparently, just moving it to a different folder isn't enough of a change for the Big R!

Luckily, DynamoAutomation works fairly well for this (though it stops after 80 or so I have to restart the computer to continue).
