I'm guessing a low quality render with shiny materials.

yes, check the size of your crop, when you first create the view it is only a 4x6 box, select it click edit crop size, scale and go up to your desired final output size. then in your render settings try 150dpi, search the forum for optimum settings, don't just click high or best, usually takes to long and doesn't look much diff. then a slightly tweaked draft setting, upping the anti-aliasing and smooth shadows.

Fix your gloss and reflections on the material. I know we all want cabinets to be clean, shiny and slick in person but Revit has always had issues with spectacular glossy/reflective materials.

I've always found that to be the case where/when bumps on/from other materials get involved.

Render an all-glass/chrome scene and everything is pretty much super-smooth-shiny-spangly - until you throw in something that will "scatter" the light (even the smoothest of gypsum walls) and then you're away with the fairies.
