One Site, 2 Buildings with Different Project North

So the title basically explains my question.
I have two buildings Building A and Building B. These buildings form one overall project on a single site.

Building A was started prior to Building B and had some co-ordinates set up along with Project v True North. Sheets were set up and documentation begun.
About 3 months later, Building B was being set up and it was discovered that the co-ordinates were not accurate and needed to be corrected according to the new survey information. What this has uncovered is that the Project North rotation in Buidling A and Building B are now not the same.

I figured i could re-set the co-ordinates in Building A lby linking in a blank default project and acquiring the co-ordinates), link into Building B, position and then acquire the correct co-ordinates, however, this will mess up all of the views which are placed on the sheets for the Building A documentations as the project North (which is set to fit on the drawing sheet) will also be re-set.

So, my question. Is there any way to have two buildings with different Project North rotations linked together with shared co-ordinates?

Why not just do the two buildings in seperate Revit files?

Why do you need the project north to be the same? If you setup the shared coordinates to be correct in both projects they should work together seamlessly?

@Karalon I think they are in two different projects

Ok so if this is the case, I'm not sure why you are having issues, you can manage the rotation for documentation seperately in each file...

Well, i dont need the project north to be the same and this is how they are currently set up. I actually need the project north in Building A to be different tot Building B as the views on the sheets have been set up using different project north rotations in Building A v Building B.
The issue is, if i reset and then re-adjust the project north in Building A and i dont get the angle of rotation exactly as it was, the views on +600 drawings will all be wrong, so i would rather not take that chance if i can help it.

I'm sorry, but I can't seem to wrap my head around what the problem is.

It shouldn't be necessary to change the project north in any case? Changing the shared coordinates in a project shouldn't change anything on your sheets.

Do the coordinates form part of your documentation, or do you just need to have a "federated" model?

I have to agree with Iberkim, I'm not sure where the problem is, just save both projects "as" Something else to trial it out first, but I'm pretty sure there will be no impact on your documentation
