Migrating SCCM applications to a new server - do i need to edit the INI files?

I package all of the Autodesk applications using the Autodesk packager. I create an SCCM application using the command

    .\Img\Setup.exe /W /q /I Img\RVT2017.ini /language en-us

The INI file points to the old datasource for the old SCCM server. Do I need to change the path to the new datasource in the INI file?
We will be eliminating the old datasource eventually.

Yep, or they will all fail to even run.
