It's not possible to make a schedule using Revit's schedule tools as they don't include the Property line segment category. You can tag the property lines, and you can convert a sketch and then edit the table entries, per this help topic: Help
If your goal is to publish the data inside of Revit you could use a Key Style schedule (topography) or use a tool like BIMLink that does support Property Line segments, to export the data, if needed.
