Earth Hatch Pattern: Scale and Rotate

I cut a section through a building and the earth hatch pattern always comes out too large and orthogonal.

Is there a way to change the hatch pattern so that it's @ 45° and smaller scale?

For rescaling, it would be fairly simple to edit the .pat file... but the rotation would be a nightmare to figure out (at least to me)
I´d suggest that you make a new pattern from scatch, using Hatch22 :beer:

i have a 45° earth pattern for revit which maybe what you need, but i cannot post .pat files here

the attached earth45.txt file should have it's file extension changed back to .pat format, then import into revit at whatever scale you like. open .pat with notepad to edit pattern.

the new pattern dialogue .jpg shows where to input scale
