Anybody ever figure out what causes this?

It's not a big deal. Doesn't really cause any problems.
But it is kind of irritating to have that pop up all the time & either close it or stare at it wondering why it's there.
I presume it's an artifact of some add-in, but frankly, I've never taken the time to test which one.
