Hi There, I have some windows in the basement and they show up in the main floor as well, even though my cut plan in view range is above the main floor.
EDit the Family and look at the Front Elevation view.
There's probably something sticking up above the top of the window frame.
Might be a line. Possibly an Invisible Line
