Creating a Room Tag that is automated.

I am trying to create a Room Tag that does the following :

    1) Displayed the AREA of of the Room

    2) Displays the OCCUPANT LOAD FACTOR, which is listed in the Identity Data for the Room in the Properties for the Room.

    3) Displays the # of OCCUPANTS, which is from the Formula (AREA/OCCUPANT LOAD FACTOR).

    4) Displays the Required Number of Exits, which is listed in the Identity Data for the Room in the Properties for the Room.

    5) Displays the Required Exit Width, which is from the Formula ( (# of OCCUPANTS) * (.2" per Occupants))

I have managed to achieve item #1.

-Items #2 and #4 are the same, displaying information in the Identity Data.

-Items #3 and #5 are the same, creating a formula that includes information that I can link.

Are there basic resource that can help me achieve this task?

To have it automated you'll need Revit 2017 or newer. From there you'll use the same formula in the tags. I've not actually done it yet since I have to work in 2016 for compatibility with the office but it should work fine.

However, I wouldn't recommend it. Load factors, loads, and exits aren't always so easily calculated and you'll need a way to manage it when you bump into those times, as rare as they may be. I do it all with schedules and manually transferred data.
