How to change the total project units to feet and inches when its opened in metric???

I changed my project units like lenght, area, volume to feet and inches, Sq.feet and cu.feet but while placing new levels into my project it can be placed in feet and inches but its displaying in meter???
I attached my screen shot where in property palette it will be in feet and inches but displaying in meter i.e., 3.000 how to change it to 10'0"

Find the family called up in the level head, edit that and edit the label for the height. As soon as you click on it, a tiny icon becomes visible to change the units of display.

Right click the FAMILY not the TYPE.

That takes you to the adjustment box help. Whenever you get stuck just press F1 to go to online help, and its often contextual.
