    Keynote text file question

I'm working on a project where we were handed over a Revit file that has element keynotes...but the keynote text file is missing (it was not provided when the other firm handed us the model...and it will not be available...long story).
The my floor plan sheet views show the floor plans with the keynote tags as well as the Keynote Schedule on the side, populated with all of the keynotes up to the date the model was turned over to us. If I go "look" for the keynote text file, obviously it is gone. Is there a way to "export" the current keynote schedule on the sheet to a new text file, so that I can reassociate a text file to the schedule ...AND add new keynotes?
It would be a great help (hundreds of keynotes!).
    Thanks in advance (of course)

Create a Keynote Legend view and get it configured how you'd like. From that view, 'R' -> Export -> Reports -> Schedule. You'll have to re-format the text file to match what's required for the keynote file format, but the text values should be there.
