Revit Energy Analysis No Cooling

Hello!
Is it possible to run an energy analysis in Revit without considering the Air Conditioning System for the cooling load? I think it is possible, because there are a lot of places where It is ridiculous to install Air conditioning System in the summer.
Are the results Site Energy or Source Energy?
