Section box not cutting through some elements

Hi, I have such an issue to which I haven´t found a solution from nowhere. The situation is that I´m working in Revit MEP and have an architects model linked in. I´ve tried to link it in both as an .ifc and also as a .rvt file and the result is exactly the same which means that whenever I go into a 3d view and create a section bot it won´t cut all the elements.

As you can see from the image it has cut down the walls, floors and all the windows, furniture, generic model etc is still shown outside the section box. AND if I zoom in close enough IT WILL work like normal. But as soon as I zoom out the elements are back. ALSO if I go below my project base point then it will start to show it as a normal section box, but as soon as I´m going above +-0.00 it will display this extra stuff. ANOTHER thing I´ve noticed is that it only doesn´t work from the top or it will work when i bring my bottom plane up over the pbp zero.

Also it seems that when i do my floor plans I can see the furniture on the top floors.

Has anyone had such an issue and has some ideas what to try? I´ve done a restart, updated the GPU driver. I´ve also tried this with another project also with a linked IFC and everything is working properly overthere.

Any help is really appreciate since this is seriously interfereing my work here.

in the architects model are the items not cut by the section native revit families or are they imported into his model from some other software?
