Can`t see fire detector once inserted

Hi guys.

I am working in a BIM project.

I am trying to insert a fire alarm device but it doesn`t appear and wont be inserted.

I have a error message:

None of the created elements are visible in Reflected Ceiling Plan: Level 1 Ceiling Plan View. You may want to check the active view, its Parameters, and Visibility settings, as well as any Plan Regions and their settings.

It will happened will some other fire alarm components and I have the same message.
I can`t even have the option to place on a face or work plane

Can someone help me please
