    etransmit dwg

    hello
I need sometimes to create DWG for some of our customers who haven't REVIT bur CAD softwares.
So i convert sheets to DWG files but i'd like to know if there a way to create directly ZIP file including DWG like ACAD uses to do it (with Xref, pictures... in a ZIP file)
it's possible to create a single file including all views in the same DWG but there's still a problem with the pictures...
    Have you any solutions?

I don't use it but you might check out eTransmit. If the CAD files are in your project folder I believe that eT will include them in the output file containing all project related files. IIRC eT is only available for later versions of Revit though, maybe R2016 and newer??
I'm retired, if you don't like it, go around!

eTransmit for Revit = Good for packaging a Revit project for sharing with others or archival
eTransmit for AutoCAD = Good for packaging a AutoCAD file and dependancies to share or archive

If you are creating DWG files for sharing then it sounds like you need to use eTransmit within AutoCAD to bundle those DWG files for sharing.
