    Linestyles get in Autocad

    Hello,

In General, I know how to put layer-Colors on categories, but how it works with the linestyle Export to AutoCAD?

How do I manage my linestyles in AutoCAD?

when you export to format dwg there is a dialogue box that opens up.
At the top left of the dialogue box, will be a file that revit looks for the export settings.
Click on the elipsis next to this file name (elipsis is the little box with 3 dots)

This will open up the interface to manage your export colors and linetypes.
You will need to know the color in autocad (example color 255) this is the number you replace in revit and you will need to do it for each element.

Trust me it is DAYS of work to set this up in a comprehensive manner, simply because there are roughly 500 different détails to fill out and then each of those for cut/and projection (so basically double that number) then if you have special cases, such as phases to consider, add more work to do with data entry.

Its not that its particularly hard to do, its that it just takes ages and lots of back and forth between your autocad Template, and that document to get the job done.
Don't forget to SAVE the new configuration and keep a copy of the NEWLY CONFIGURED text file somewhere as a backup because it is not Something you will want to do again if you don't have to.

The Color is not the Problem! I know how hard this work is!

But all my exported lines are compact-lines, Why they do not adapt to hidden,gridline,...a.s.o.?

Ok so this dépends what the origin of the linestyle is.

This will be handled in one of two places in revit
for 2D detail element line types you will find them in the "manage" tab Under "supplementary parameters" then scroll down to "linetypes"

        Or for 3D elements
in the "manage" tab click on "object styles"

          Hello,

The Problem is: in AutoCAD the lines take just continous ! the "Revit" linestyle is in the list, but AutoCAD take something else, why?

It should take the Revit-line style. It is not a "Objektstyle" Problem, or "manage" Problem!!!

Is there any "Revit-whisleblower" that can help me?

yes as I said already, this is in the object style configuration. you also have to manage the linetype there as well as the color and line thickness.

Andreas, Karalon10's method works perfectly for me. It's a wild guess but probably check your settings in AutoCAD ...
