    Keynote - Blank Row

    Hi, Revit users

I'm having trouble with the keynote legend placed onto the sheets.
At one point we had to remove one line in the Keynote.txt file.
When we reloaded, the keynote legend placed onto the sheet didn't remove that row (that got deleted in the keynote.txt file).
    See below:

keynote.JPGnote tags (that's referring to the row that got deleted) that was previously placed on the sheet, is still there. It's not.

Any idea on how to get rid of this blank row (2. ) ?

    Any comments appreciated!

    Thanks,

Id first try removing the keynote schedule from the sheet and then replacing. Then re-tag the element and specify new keynote.

I'd edit the schedule and itemize the keynote schedule. Sometimes empty lines are due to identical numbers with different information. You can also delete items from there.

currently running into this problem. how can identical numbers have different information if its coming from the keynote .txt file?

The numbers aren't identical (11 31.B is different from 11.31.B) - I suspect the elements have a keynote assigned that is not in your keynote file. Select one of the blank ones, find the element it comes from (highlight in model) edit the type, and select the keynote value - re-select from the list to get the choices in your text file.
