    arc dimension

    Hey,

I am using the arc dimension but the result is to get angles and not the length of the curved line...

How could i change it to dimension the lenght and not the angles?

    Thanks

You are in fact using arc length dimension tool so you can not dimension angle with it. To measure angle use angular dimension.
Revit add-ins: Purger (delete UNUSED and selected line patterns & line styles, find & delete CAD), Rooms To Spaces, Schedule Utilities (Calculated Values/Combined Parameters To Tags, reuse view filter rules in schedule filters), View Filter Manager (with bunch of other features) at Revit Exchange Apps, View Filter Manager ML

Artejon was close...you need to use the arc length dimension and not the angular dimension. If you are in an older version of revit (pre 2015 maybe) and you dont have it you can still select the arc and see the length in properties

Check the units format. Make sure you are rtab selecting the correct end point (isolate the arc).

Sorry my mistake... i found it...

i was choosing the line and just pressing on the blue line to give the dimension...

I had to go manually with the arc to choose the line and then the 2 endpoints in order to work correctly
              thanks again!
