MEP schedule of air terminals or fan coil units by room

How to create a MEP schedule of air terminals or fan coil units by room?
Our project is going to be completed soon. For the inspection, I want to create a MEP schedule by room to indicate how many/ type of air terminals or fan coil units or other MEP stuff in each room. Just like the room finish schedule in Revit Architecture that tells what kind of materials for ceiling/wall/floor.
But how to do this in Revit MEP?

Make a schedule of the things you want to schedule (Mech Equip or Air Terminals etc.), choose room or space in this option. Then you can add the room name or number parameters to the same schedule.

          Dear josephpeel,
Yes, it works in some files. But not in some other files. Eg, the room name and number in some architectural file does not show up in the space schedule in mep file. All the necessary setting is correct. Anything else shall I verify?

Sounds like you need to run the Space Naming Utility to re-name your Spaces to match the architect's Rooms.

Also, this schedule method will only work if the Equipment/Air Terminal (or it's Room Calculation Point) is touching the Space.
