    Order a Physical Copy of 2018

    Hi,

    Has anyone been able to order a Physical Copy of Building Design Suit 2018? I still only have the option of 2017.

    They may not have them as they don't sell BDS anymore.

    I'd send a request to support and ask.

        Depends on if you have a maintenance plan...I have basic so it's download only.

        If you do have maintenance, you have to be a member of Maintenace Plan Admistrators.

          whom are you speaking to? If me, how does one tell if they are a member of Maintenance Plan Administrators? I'm also on the maintenance plan, basic type, and have the option to order a physical copy of BDSP 2018. But I'm the only one here and my "license" if that's still what it is called, is Stand Alone. Maybe that makes a diff??

            Hi,
            Sorry I was not clear in my initial post.
            I have the option to Click on “Get A Physical Copy”.
            But when selecting version 2018 is not available – see attached.
            We are on a subscription plan – paid yearly.

              I think that you are in the wrong place. Go to the Autodesk Account page, Under Products & Services select All Products & Services. In the main pane at the top select the License Type button, mine has one option "Standalone". Select that checkbox. The software that I have subscribed to is shown (BDSP and C4R). On the top right select the Version button. I get six options, 2014 thru 2018 and Cloud. Select 2018. My BDSP 2018 appears and there are Download and a More Actions options. Select the More Actions Options and this is what I get

              If you don't have that option then pay your bill :laugh:

                Thanks Dave,

                That is what I have done – when I select the Get Physical Copy I see the previous screenshot – where I can’t select any other version than 2017.
                Our Contract doesn’t expire until Oct 2017
                Might Contact our re-seller and see what they say.

                  Just spoke to the re-seller and they said that the Physical media is not ready yet.
                  It might be ready to order for some Countries/Areas – but unfortunately not for us (Brisbane, Australia).

                    ah well, there you go Mate. You guys are upside down, no wonder it doesn't work
