In the .pat file, you can set it to either metric or imperial, and when you import it to Revit, you´re given the option to scale it.

How to adjust the Hatch Pattern Scale
I learnt how to copy from Autocad by a video file as well as how to modify the Hatch given in Revit.
But those from Autocad ones are unable to modify the scale of the hatch pattern.
I appreaciate if someone can give me a guidance.
