Please help Finding the insert Cad file

Dear all,
Does anyone know how can i find an inserted Autocad file ? Sometimes when i inserted the Cad file into the project. i have troubled finding it.

Zoom All > Select All by using a crossing window, go to the filter and deselect all elements except the dwg import.
