Windows don't cut through wall completely

I am using the Anderson E-Series Awning windows from their site, and they don't appear to cut through the exterior wall all the way and it has a weird appearance. (see attached images). Is there a timely way to correct this, or should I just do a detail region? I am interested in the solution that takes the least amount of time at this point.

My guess from your pictures is that they are using a void instead of an opening to deal with the stepped cut through the wall. That void is not as deep as your wall. There may be a parameter that needs to be adjusted to match your wall thickness, or you may need to edit the family and increase the void depth/add a parameter to control the void.

Thank you for your response. I got these windows from the Anderson website and all of them have the same issue. Could you please direct me as to where in the family editor I can adjust this 'void' area? Thanks again!

It depends some on how the family is built. I'd probably start by opening the family, going to a plan view, selecting the wall and changing it to a dimension equal or greater to the thickness of the walls in your project. That should allow you to locate the void line, or will tell you if other things break when that occurs.

This looks like a sill height issue. I took a look at the family and it cuts the wall (cannot confirm if properly, but it at least cuts all the way through). What sill height is the window and what's the cut plane height of your plan view?
