    Attic ceiling & roof issue (see attached image)

    As depicted in the attached image, I would like to be able to modify the attic ceiling and roof line in a similar fashion to the "attach top/base" command in Revit with walls and floors. Is there a good way to do this. Please refer to attached image for more detail.

    Ceilings and roofs don’t work that way. You can 1) modify the footprint, 2) use opening tools (architecture tab -> opening panel) or 3) cut the access with voids.
