i have problem really that every assigning do not work with me only default i tried to add beside default did not work with me i tried by removing default come with programme and assigning one from my own also did not work what is the problem pleasse help for productivity and thanks

Make sure the key stroke isn't already in use for another command.Dan -
What you need to remember is that the shortcuts need to exist out of 2 keys.
If you make a shortcut with just 1 key then you will need to ENTER after you entered the shortcut.Company Website: www.deurloobm.nl

Not really... you have to type K then return...so to me this is still two keys...Comment

Yes still 2 keys, but when you make the shortcut you just type in the one key, the return is added automatically and without warning afaik.

You can use a single keystroke command only when no other command is set to use this key, either on it's own or as the first key in a multi-key shortcut. This behaviour is apparent for both 2011 and 2012 versions of Revit.
