revitcourse.com is not bad place to start. They don't have tons of tutorials but the content they do have is pretty good.

Fib about your experience and get hired by a firm who's looking to start the CAD to Revit transition. Figure it out on the job and do many google searches as you encounter issues. When your boss asks you "how's it going", mumble something about "parameters" and "families" until he nods his head and walks away. That's what I did!
