Printing Sheets of Different Sizes to One PDF

Is there a way in Revit to print a set of sheet views to PDF that incoporate sheets of different sizes? We have our cover sheet through our wall sections on 30x42 and then all of our details on 11x17. I would like to print them all at once to a PDF and not have to combine them after.

    Any ideas would be welcome.

    Add-ins, Dynamo, etc.?

I have been using Xrev transmit for a pretty long time and I love it. Not free, but the money you have to pay for a year subscription was saved on the first print job I ever did with it. Needs a bit of setup for it to run perfectly, but once that is done you can have your PDF's (but also dwg and paper prints) put in the right directory and with the right name without any manual work.
