I am only getting this:

The problem is that the line pass through the arrow.

AFAIK it's not possible to "remove" the line in the arrow, as arrowheads are a system family with next to no customization available (5 properties IIRC). One of which is to fill the arrow with a black.

is there any way of controlling the "Heavy end pen weight" of the "Arrow filled 15 Degree"? Is is grey out in the Arrohead properties...
