    delete files from BIM 360

sometime last year there was a discussion in here about how to delete models from BIM 360 (then A360) using Manage Cloud Models when they wouldn't delete using the normal process. I've searched and can't find the thread. Anyone remember and have a link to that thread?? Thanks!

    This might help.

      edit: worked this time, finally!!

        Hi Dave,

We also had this issue recently. Here is Autodesk Support's response:

Most of the time it happens because someone deletes the files from A360 before attempting to delete them from C4R (via Revit)?
We have seen this behavior is other projects before, can you please attempt the following.

Here are steps that should fix the problem:

        1. Open the model in revit

        2. Make a minor change and sync with central

        3. Now Publish the file to A360 (via Manage A360 Models in Revit. If you're not familiar, you can find this on the Collaborate tab)

        4. Verify the file has been published to A360

        5. Now, back in Manage A360 Models, Delete the mode

that worked for me although I skipped the "minor change" part...
