I am trying to construct a bay window/turret for a residential project but I am having a hard time getting the walls to join properly. I have tried using the trim/extend command as well as working with the join options. Nothing seems to be working. I have attached an image, the red lines show how I want to join the wall.

This also happens when you have other adjoining walls above or below, perhaps they were drawn first then Revit is trying to maintain those joins. When this happens to me I isolate the walls in 3D to get a better view of what's going on. Worst case scenario you can 'disallow join' (s) and use the join geometry tool to clean it up again.There are no stupid questions, only stupid people
