VR / AR with a fixed model. View with a pad - Virtual / Augmented

Hello all! I am looking for a way to send a Revit model to a colleague and have them put it in a conference room or an atrium and have it viewable with a pad - not a helmet or goggles. The AR methods all seem to use a target and display the model like the tabletop physical models of the olden days. It seems VR using a non-immersive display (pad) is the way to go. I am looking for an application that I can use to set it up and share it with multiple users. A usage based viewer may be a good choice because the colleagues would only be sporadic users. All suggestions will be appreciated.

We are currently beta users for Acculis (acculistech.com). We are using their software for free as a beta trial and they are looking for more test users. If you message them, I'm sure they will give you access.

Currently I can only import Revit or IFC files, and view them on my mobile devices as mixed AR/VR. I like that the BIM information is in there, and I can share the model via a link without having to download an app. I have sent my models via email to the team on-site and they were able to open and view a model pretty easily.

Are there technologies that do this with Navis files? Basically loading up a model that contains both design and as-built content to view in AR as you would walk through the site?
