Generic Model Floor Based

I'm creating a new family and I need the default floor can be modifiable length and wide but when I load it into a project Revit says that can't make type of this family, the constraint I have works inside the family editor but not in a project.
I want to know if anyone knows what's going on with this kind of family or what do I need to make it works.

Floors are a system family...thus can only be modified in the "Project". The floor in the "Family" is just a placeholder to host something to it so the family knows to host to a floor in the project.

So making the floor do something in the family isn't going to make the floor do the same thing when loaded in the project.

Try changing the default parameter values to something more reasonable. Uploading your family so we can look at it might help too.
