Stair Nosing at Landing will not overhang

On this stair we want the nosing profile of the tread to overhang 1" over the riser. We are using a simple nosing profile and it works perfectly with the run of the stair, just not at the landing unfortunately. As shown in the image below, instead of overhanging the landing tread above the top stair riser, Revit is deciding to move the top riser in by 1" underneath the tread. Has anyone experienced this before?

These stair were modeled by sketch components and if I were to edit the sketch it shows the riser in its correct spot, yet when the overhang is applied it moves by 1" to give the effect of an overhang.
