    Disappearing Floors

I am new to Revit and am going through the tutorials. In this tutorial I created floors for a five story building. In the next part of the tutorial I am supposed to drag a window around a corner of the building and then use the filter to get to the floor. However, when I drag the window the walls, windows and doors are showing up but no floors.

I tried going to visability/graphics of the view tab but the floors were already checked.

    Any ideas?

    Thanks

There's a few reasons it might not be visible. It's hard to guess what the reason might be in your case. Look through the list linked, but the first places I'd check would be view range, phases, worksets (if you have them) and view filters that have hidden the floors. Cutting a section and getting to where you can select the floors will help you rule out reasons too.

Thanks for the help, I got it figured out. I was drawing a selection box
from right to left instead of vice versa and the selection was only including
items fully enclosed by the box.

      Aargh! I know better.
