    Schedules - Specific categories

    Hello,

I have a renovation project and I would like to know if / how I can create a schedule That will-have only the new Elements . For example my renovation take place in the 2nd and 3rd level, so I would like to have:
    - A Code For Each element

-category [ only the categories of the new Elements]
-family and the type [ only the new Elements]
    -Level [ only the 2nd + 3rd level]

I hope to make sense ..

    Thank you in advance!

Schedules are created by single category, or multicategory (but not including system categories). Then include and filter your schedule by phase and levels.

    EG.. On filter tab set...phase ~ equals ~ name of phase...and...level ~ is greater than ~ 1...and...level ~ is less than ~ 4
There are no stupid questions, only stupid people

      Phases.
Have you set all your existing building to Phase = Existing? And then all new work to Phase = New Construction? (Or, if you have Phases of New Construction you can set those from your Manage Tab.) Then you can set the schedules to only show Phase = New Construction (or whatever Phase you've set the new work to.)

        Hello,

thank you for your answers, for example I have existing/new /demolished walls...so I would like to create a schedule which will contain these three categories! Now I have a schedule with these categories:

        -Code
        -Phase created (display new construction/existing)
-Phase demolished (it doesn't display nothing-'None')

So these schedules only contain the NEW and the Existing walls....and not the demolished walls. How I can have all the types?

        Thank you in advance!

You need to make sure your Phase Filter for the schedule is set to show the Demolished items. The Phase and Phase Filter settings need to be used in conjunction with each other. If you need to see all (Existing, Demolished, and New) on the same schedule, try setting the Phase Filter to Show All.
