Area Schedule Subtoals and Grand Totals

I've created an area plan with several area types (BOMA). I can separate the types in the Area Schedule with a grand total. Is it possible to have each area type subtotaled then a grand total of all area types at the bottom of the schedule column?

Yes - Look into the Grouping Tab.

      Thanks Greg. That worked.

Another problem I have. I have created new area types in the area schemes dialog box, but they do not show up on the properties pallet under area type when I select the area to change the type. The original six types are listed but not the newly created ones.

Area Scheme is different from Area Type. You can't change/add Area Types, nor can you change how they determine areas when the Area Boundary moves if associated with the wall. They are BOMAesqe I believe... not ture BOMA - I'd just as soon delete this from the program.
