any one know how to detect cable tray in edge wise because in the soft ware i found only duct and pipes for MEP but i want it to detect the cable tray and draw it.

Don't know how much traction you will get here regarding Edgewise. The downside, as I'm sure you have figured out, is you cannot swap between cable tray and duct/pipe in Revit.
You could very easily detect the cable tray as a duct. Bring the Duct into Revit. Use Dynamo to get the centerline of the duct, create cable tray from centerline of duct, then adjust height to match real-world height.
Just a thought.
