We have modernize our title block somewhat at our firm. Management have kept the entry fields for "Drawn by" "Designed by" and "Checked by" along with a column for the date each occurred. When it comes to adding the labels for "Drawn by", "Designed by" and "Checked by", it's a piece of cake. Add label -> Select parameter -> click "OK". Everything works, the entry fields for the labels appear on my Properties Pallet and it's all good.

The issue I'm having is when it comes to adding the labels for the dates. Click "add label" -> but there are not "Drawn by date", "Designed by date" and "Checked by date" parameters to choose from. I click the "create new" button on the parameter wizard but it forces me to make a shared parameter. I don't need a shared parameter as my date could change from sheet to sheet.

How can I add similar instance type parameters to the label list? The ideal outcome would be for the field for the corresponding label to appear in the Properties Pallet along with all the other entries for the other labels.

On a side note: there is a field for "approved by" that I have not added, how can I remove that?
