    Pin in this View only?

Does anyone have a clever way to Pin or in some other way make a category unselectable in one View only?
What I'm getting at here is on our RCP Views, you pretty much always have to Tab to get to the Ceiling itself.
If you hover over the edge and click, the Wall is the first thing Revit wants to select. Then you hit the Tab key, and Revit wants to select all connected Walls. Finally, on the third Tab, you might get the Ceiling. Yes, you can save one click by hovering over the ACT grid, but that's not always available.

What I'd like to do is make it so that everything is still visible, but the Ceilings are the only thing selectable. Or at least have priority.
But I don't want to Pin the Walls, because that's a global Pin. I only want the Walls to be unselectable in the RPC Views.

Probably more of a Wish List item, but I thought I'd post here first in case the collective mind had a way to do this.

Just change your setting to "select by face" and click int he middle of the ceilings, instead of the edges.

      Not a bad idea...
But that's a global setting, too and can have side-effects in other types of Views (if I leave it on).
