Just curious if anyone has tried making sticker families for slapping on their pipes and ducts. I want to take a jpeg and put it into a family that can wrap around the surface of rounded objects as well as flat, which adopt the shape of the "host" and stay associated with the surfaces as MEP systems go through editing and coordination.

There is an "Attaches to" option for Pipe Accessories, which can be used to put objects on the side of a pipe/duct, but if you want it to read the diameter and scale accordingly you would have to use the "Breaks Into" option and split your pipe/duct.
As far as I know jpgs can be used in tags but not mapped onto the surface of objects, unless you make a custom material of some kind and render everything.
The most practical option would be to make this as 3D Model Text, which would show up nicely in all kinds of views and exports."One must imagine Sisyphus happy." Albert Camus - "The innovator has for enemies all those who have done well under the old conditions, and lukewarm defenders in those who may do well under the new." Nicolo Machiavelli -"Things that are too complex are not useful, Things that are useful are simple." Mikhail Kalashnikov

Glad you responded. Cheers!
