    Changing Modeling Method with Dynamo

    Hello all,

    Thank you all for sharing your knowledge and helping people with your expertise.


    In my current model, the slab/floors are cutting the beams, hence the concrete volume of the beam is reduced.

    Kindly see the image which I uploaded.


    Question:
    Is it possible to change from "Current Situation" to "Desired Situation" for all the beams and slabs in the entire project at one go, using Dynamo.


    Hint; Revit command to be used: "Join Geometry" and "Switch Join Order"

    Hello ZoLaDo,

    Short answer: Yes.

    Long answer: It will require a little work.

    This functionality, to my knowledge, doesn't reside in the OOTB Dynamo nodes at present.

    You can have a look at the following post on the DynamoBIM forums if you want to try re-create the Python node.
