When you have different depth face caps Revit has no idea how you want the join to look and what you're seeing is what Revit *thinks* that you want to see. If this join condition is really important to you in 3D views I'd use face based GMs and not curtain wall profiles/mullionsI'm retired, if you don't like it, go around!Comment

Don't use a mullion...Use a floor or model "in place". As Dave already mentioned, Revit doesn't know how you want to join two different size mullions.Originally posted by Monica Sampath View Post
