2012: Export to DWG Layer settings file

Am I missing something here, or just going insane?:banghead:
I'm fine tuning our Export Layers settings - mostly adding the Phase Status.
In the DWG Export dialog, I go to the Select Export Setup screen, hit the ellipsis (...), then get my Layer List.
I check Load layers from standards: and it is pointing to the correct .txt file.
Make a bunch of changes, and they stay with the Revit project, but my .txt file never gets updated.
How the @#$% do I save these changes so I can use them on another project?
I know I can edit the .txt file directly, but I've already made the changes, I just can't export them.
I know I've done this many times before, but I guess that wasn't in 2012.
I can go to the big Purple R, Export, Options, Export Layers DGN. That has a nice little "SaveAs" button, but the DWG version does not.

You can no longer save the export layer settings as a .txt file. You can however, save the setup within your project and use "transfer project standards" to transfer this information from one project to another.

        Hey Dave,
I just jumped through the same hoops as you. Make room in the padded cell next to yours.

For now I'm making the changes in our template file. Transfer Project Standards works to get those settings pushed around.

See post above, Natasha beat me while I was on the phone.
