Reflected Ceiling not showing in underlay

Been hacking at this for a few months now. :banghead:

We have a second story floor plan with the underlay set to the reflected ceiling plan of the stated level. Problem is that none of the ceilings, bulkheads or fixtures shows up in die underlay.

When the view was first setup, it was working fine.
This is a multi story building and all the other levels are working fine with the underlay set to the reflected ceiling plan of the level.

Anny ideas as to what can be causing this.

Need do get this one out for submission.
    Thank you

View range set correctly? That's all I can think of. Unless it's a VG thing. Somebody turn off something?

Just a wild guess (which happened to me once and took me a looong time to figure out):
Try creating a new floor plan. Does this level show up in the list of levels still available? If so, this would be the problem: there's something wrong in your view.
If the level is not listed, uncheck the box so it shows up in the list and create a new floor plan. In this new floor plan, does your underlay show up?
Another approach: create a view template from a plan view that is working and apply this. This might solve the one setting that you missed...

          Dank je wel Martijn.
I tried all your suggestions and still nothing. It is as if the underlay function is not working propably on this view even when you create the view new. Will post as soon as I have found the answer to this mistery.
Hoop dat ik kan repareren dit spoedig.
          mooie dag

            Google Translate isn't everything...

Too bad it didn't work. Out of ideas here (well, I do know one: create new level at the same height, and make a new view , copy all annotation objects and try if this one does work).

              Just a guess
Basic Ceiling at the bottom or top of a Compound Ceiling is blocking the Compound Ceiling in the view.
