Roof Based Generic Family and...........
Void In-Place Components. It seems that Generic Objects created from a Generic Roof Based template which is brought into a project and placed, cannot be "cut out" by an in-place Void Mass. Is this correct?

I believe that is correct. I think you would have to place the void within the roof based family itself. -
