    foundation tag

Hi could someone take a look at these images and the family i have added?

When i create a foundation slab at -900 from the level it actually ends up at -600

The tag reads out the instance property: Height offset from level

why does it end up at -750?

    thanks

Either the level that you are using as reference for your foundation slab (named as "00 - begane grond") is 300 millimeters above Revit's default "Level 1" at zero, or your Spot Elevation tags are set to another level. See illustration. Most likely, it is the first reason, because of the elevations shown on your tag.

About the tag, I think it is not going to work properly as you have created it, because "Height Offset from Level" is measured from the reference level of the object, which can be any level, while "Elevation at bottom" is measured from Revit's default "Level 1" at zero. You might need to change the tag, maybe replacing "Elevation at bottom" with "Default thickness" instead. In that case, your tag will report the "Height Offset From Level" (-900) and the thickness (150).
