    Shaky File

I have a file that has started to act funny. Bathtube and washing machines are the same type of fixture, filters are effecting other type of items, etc. Is there a procedure to correct file problems in Revit? In acad you would "replace the files header".

Need a bit more specific information--but you can try:

    1. When opening the Central File, click Audit.
    2. Review all Warnings / error messages.
    3. Purge Unused families--sometimes a corrupt family will cause unexpected behavior.

uhhmmm, this is a bit vague. Could you be more clearer? Or post the file and point us into the right direction?

While you're at it: What the heck is "replace the files header"?
I've done AutoCAD support for 20 years & never heard of that.

I think he means actually go into the DWG file with a text editor and replace the header portion of the file contents. I've never heard of it either, but am curious to know how it works.

Just for fun I opened a DWG in a text editor. Pretty scary stuff.
