Yogesh, what do you mean by Temporary Dimension Style? The Temp. Dimensions which are displayed with blue text when you place/modify an object? Or a custom Dimension Style?
If the later, you can edit the Style of the Dimension and change the "Tick Mark" (But don´t believe you can change Tick Marks on the native Temp. Dimensions)Klaus Munkholm

As far as I know you can only change the size and of temp dimensions... Go to The Big R > options > Graphics. You'll find those settings there (btw, the Opaque option for temp dimensions is great! Way easier to read...)Martijn de Riet
