revit archtecture 2012 dfault templates missing

HI ,

Sorry I'm not sure this is gonna be the right place for this post, probably a recurring query as well, but I haven't found any good answer around...

I've installed revit architecture 2012, and got this message:

" the default template file you have specified does not exsist, to change the default file path from the application menu select options, and then the file location tab."

What do I have to sort that out?

I'm a beginner any help would be appreciated...

Family templates are located here: C:\ProgramData\Autodesk\RAC 2012\Family Templates\English_I . And, there was some discussion here earlier about some people not getting the templates installed with RAC 2012. If you are on subscription you can download them from the Autodesk Subscription site. I don't have the link handy, sorry

oh, and project templates should be here: C:\Program Data\Autodesk\RAC 2012\Templates\US Imperial

2012 Missing Templates Content

Seem to be missing the usual "Annotation" and "Titleblocks" file from the ( Australian ) Metric Templates file. Looked everywhere...

2012/2013 Family Templates

Good morning,

I am finding that some of our 2012 and 2013 Revit MEP family template files have been "saved in a later version of revit"....

Where can i find metric Templates/ Libraries?

My RAC 2012 has only imperial templates, the metric folder is empty. Also libraries... am I missing something? ( i'm new in revit). Thx in advance
